Article Processing Charges (APC) Global South Open is committed to equitable publishing practices. APCs are calculated and standardized in USD. The charges vary based on the country of the corresponding author:
- Waivers for Low-Income Countries: Authors from low-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, are eligible for full APC waivers.
- Discounts: Discounts are offered for articles led by women or current students. Documentation may be required to apply for these discounts.
- Transparency: Authors will be informed of the APC upon submission, and payment is only required after the manuscript is accepted for publication.
