Submission Process
- Online Submission: Submit manuscripts through the journal’s online portal at [Insert Submission Link].
- Cover Letter: Include a cover letter outlining the article’s significance, confirming originality, and declaring that it is not under review elsewhere.
Formatting Guidelines
- File Format: Submit manuscripts as Microsoft Word files (.doc or .docx).
- Font and Spacing: Use a consistent font throughout, 12-point size, double-spaced.
- Margins: Set 1-inch margins on all sides.
- Title Page: Include the title, author names, affiliations, a corresponding author’s contact information, and a word count.
- Abstract: Provide a structured abstract (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion) of no more than 300 words. Unstructured abstracts may also be considered if appropriate.
- Keywords: List 4-6 keywords using standard MeSH headings.
- Main Text: Organize the manuscript into Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Figures and Tables: Provide high-quality images and clearly labeled tables with concise captions. Submit figures and tables as separate files but indicate their placement in the main text.
- References: Use Vancouver style for referencing. Ensure all references are cited in the text and listed numerically.
- Acknowledgments: Mention funding sources and contributions by individuals not listed as authors.
- Authors’ Contributions: Use the CRediT taxonomy to specify contributions of listed authors.
- Conflict of Interest: Declare conflicts of interest as per ICMJE guidelines.
- Funding: Disclose funding sources.
- Human and Animal Research: Include a statement on ethical approval and informed consent for studies involving human or animal subjects.
Reporting Guidelines
Reporting Guidelines Authors must adhere to recognized reporting standards for their study type. A completed checklist for the relevant guideline should be uploaded during submission. Examples include:
- STROBE: For observational studies.
- CONSORT: For randomized controlled trials.
- PRISMA: For systematic reviews.
- CARE: For case reports.
- TREND: For non-randomized controlled trials.
- SQUIRE: For quality improvement studies.
